THE EFFECT OF SHOULDER FLEXIBILITY TOWARDS THE PERFORMANCE AMONG GOLFERS


The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of shoulder flexibility towards the performance among golfers. The sample size of the study was 30 golfers, who was the people that got their handicap cut or license to play golf at the golf course. The researcher employed experimental method, which involved only one group and the test are shoulder rotation test and driving range test. The data was analyzed using descriptive and inference statistics to see the relationship between the shoulder flexibility and golfers performance. The findings of the study revealed that the shoulder flexibility does not effect the age among golfers and the performance of the golfers will be known by knowing their handicap. The researchers hope that, all the golfers and instructor will gain knowledge with the results and hope to give their best knowledge to other golfers.
